Important Notice

Any reports against your account may require us to retain related data for an extended period of time for compliance purposes. This is necessary to comply with legal obligations and ensure platform safety.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Kobul app. Follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Kobul app on your phone.
  2. Go to My Biodata tab.
  3. Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon at the top.
  4. Scroll down and tap "একাউন্ট ডিলিট" (Delete Account).
  5. Provide a reason and confirm your request.

What happens after you request deletion?

  • You will have a 30-day recovery period where you can cancel the request and recover your account by logging back in.
  • After 30 days, your account and all personal data (profile, matches, messages, images) will be permanently deleted.
  • This action cannot be undone after the recovery period ends.
